Hello tech-savy friend,
You are a nerd. I just thought I would make that clear first. :) I love you though, and that is not in spite of but partially because of your nerdiness. Anyway, my thoughts on this blog:
1. I like it, and I would be willing to use it, as long as everyone else jumps on board. I already use a blogspot for a small group of friends from college, and it is quite handy.
2. I would appreciate if you would make it a project to transfer and archive our old posts, because if xanga becomes unactive for a certain amount of time, they shut you down. (This happened to my old xanga blog that I hadn't used, in oh, years.)
Some challenges for your tech-savyness:
1. I know there is a way to add all of our personal g-mails as contributors to the blog. This is the way that we do it on my college friends' blog. Sean set it up, and I'm kind of tech-stupid, so I'm not sure how he did it. But that way all of our posts are signed, and it's just easier because then I won't have to log out of my personal g-mail to post. This only may be a problem for Lyssa, because I think she is the only one of us without a gmail account.
2. There is also a way to add the blog to the igoogle page so that you can read the most recent posts, and it shows you if there is a new one so that you don't have to actually click on the blog to find that out. (Which it also links you to the blog, too.) Again, Sean set this up for me with that other blog, so I might have to ask him how he did it. Otherwise, it's a challenge for you to maybe figure out. :)

Ah ha! I found it, well, for part one of your tech-savy challenges anyway. It's under the "add authors" tab or something.

I hadn't even thought about adding everyone as an author. Good idea! (Which by now you've already gotten the request to contribute, except Lyssa, because she's not on gmail) That way everyone can contribute (and not have to remember to sign their name) and not have to sign in to the keepers name (but you all still can if you want to play around with changing stuff or post anonymously or whatnot). I'm glad you love me partially because of my nerdiness :)
