I am liking the new job so far. Visual merchandising isn't always extremely interesting, but it is what I really like and what I want to be doing right now. Even though there is more money in the initial future if I would go into retail management, that really isn't what I want to do. I'm pretty much decided that I prefer working with the merchandise than with sales and customers. Though my recent revelation about fashion is that you ultimately are always working towards sales an your customer. At least now I am doing so more indirectly. And I like forever 21. Though being in a store every day makes it really hard for me to not shop too much. I'm really happy to be in Indy. More for me to do and more people for me to see (Andrea and Court being two of them!) Speaking of, I can't wait to hang out with Andrea today! And Court, I would love to come down to B-Town sometime soon. I'm jealous of all of you going to Florida and getting spring breaks. My benefits won't kick in for six months :( I'm hoping to get myself a weekend free in two weeks for what will be an awesome Chicago trip....crossing my fingers about that.
