Monica, I love your blog! Great idea to have one to keep up with what's going on with the Nistlers. My friend Corie has one and I check it often to see all their adventures. I had no idea that you love to cook and try new recipes. I wish I could say the same for myself! Your pumpkin bread recipe looks and sounds delicious. I can't believe how big Matthew is. He has grown sooo much. My last memory of him was from Andrea's wedding when he was still a baby and now he'll be 2 in Jan! Thanks for sharing your blog :)

Update on me- I don't know if you saw my post on facebook, but I am now working full time in the nursery at our daycare, instead of teaching preschool. It is a decision that I made and everyday I am happy to be looking at the smiling faces of the babies, knowing that I am making an infuence on their life. They keep me busy and entertained!
