Hi girls,
Well I have pretty much had a two week spring break. At Andrea's bridal shower, which was a wonderful time to see everyone and "quickly" catch up, I had the start of a cold and my voice was going downhill. I felt well enough for the next two days, which was good because my mom and I spent some alone time together visiting Brown County, Edinburgh Outlet mall and then visiting relatives in Ohio. Anyway by the end of last week, I still felt bad and my appetite was going down. School started back up this week and I am going to be returning on Friday, after getting back to a full recovery. I ended up going to Redimed on Tuesday and was put on an antibiotic and found out that I had a small fever. My fever is now gone and I am slowly feeling back to myself and feeling hungry/tasting food! So I felt that this would be a good time to write.
As I said, my mom and I spent some alone time together and despite not feeling the greatest, I still enjoyed our time together. We first went to Edinburgh Outlet mall. That is a nice place and the weather could not have been any more perfect. I bought 5 new pieces of clothing for 45 dollars...a great deal. I looked at Charlotte Russe and bought two nice set of work pants and a shirt all for over 11 dollars! We then went into Nashville, IN...the closest city to Brown County State Park and close to Bloomington and we walked around the town and looked in the shops there. That night we stayed in a hotel and the next day we explored Brown County Park. It is a very nice park with lots of trails. We only walked on one trail and got information on the hotel that is back there. My mom thought it would be nice to go there some weekend. It really is a pretty place. We then headed to Ohio and stayed there until Wednesday and headed back home. The rest of break was spent laying on the couch and not doing much at all.
Like I said before, Andrea's shower was such a fun time. The food and atmosphere was excellent and enjoyable. I enjoyed seeing most of you, especially meeting baby Matthew. I wanted so much to hold him but didn't want to get him sick. I am eager for your wedding Andrea!
I think I may be just doing the park this summer..although I am still trying to figure out what the program's plans are..mainly trying to make sure that I am not at the same park I was at last year. My first two years were spent at this park and I have never liked it. With the way education is right now, I am not sure if I should work on getting any master's degree.
I think that is all for now. I thought I would write and say hi and that I miss you all!
Love to you all
